Calm before the crisis.

The power’s out, the cellar’s flooded, the road is closed: that’s not the moment to start working out what you’re missing. PrepGuard helps you get ready beforehand, calmly and in small steps, one evening at a time.

Supplies

How long would your supplies last?

Most of us have no idea whether what’s in the cupboard would last three days or three weeks. PrepGuard works it out. You add what you have and see, in days, how long it lasts for everyone in your household.

What’s still missing is listed underneath, plainly: 6 litres of water, porridge oats, a few batteries. The yardstick is the authority’s recommendation – in Germany, the BBK’s, the Federal Office of Civil Protection.

  • Water by age: 1 to 2 l a day
  • Goals from 3 to 30 days
  • Scan a barcode or add by hand

Warnings

When it gets serious, you’ll know.

PrepGuard shows you official warnings for where you live, from storms to floods. You read what the authority itself says and what it advises you to do, word for word.

If you like, the app sends you a notification. When all is quiet, PrepGuard stays quiet too.

  • The authority’s instructions, word for word

First aid

Help, even without signal.

A child is choking, someone collapses. There’s no time for a long search. The instructions in PrepGuard are short, separate for adults, children and pregnant women, and they work offline.

For resuscitation, the app gives you the rhythm. You call the emergency number yourself with one tap.

  • Works offline
  • Rhythm guide for resuscitation
  • Emergency call with one tap

Emergency bag

Packed before you need it.

If you have to leave in a hurry, there’s no time to gather things. With the packing list you pack a bag for everyone in your household, calmly, over an evening.

Tick off what’s inside, and a year from now you’ll still know what’s missing.

  • One list per person
  • Adapted for babies and children
  • Tick off what’s packed

Your data stays with you.

You don’t need an account. Everything you add stays on your phone and works offline. An account only matters if you want to back up your data or use a second device.

The essentials are free.

Supplies, warnings and first aid cost nothing, now or later. If you want more, there’s Premium: unlimited barcode scanning, more scenarios such as power cuts, floods, storms and pandemics, and reminders before things expire.

Start with one thing today. The rest will follow.
